(Red para el Desarrollo de Empresas sociales)

The project RE.D.E.S. (Red para el Desarrollo de Empresas sociales), active from 2017 to 2019, was promoted by AGRUPACION DE SOCIEDADES LABORALES DE MADRID ASALMA and approved under the Erasmus+ Programme.

The aim of the project was to strengthen knowledge in the field of social entrepreneurship and to promote a commercial network for the development of social enterprises.

Objectives:

  • Promote innovation for the creation of a social enterprise network among the countries involved.
  • Improve skills and knowledge in the field of social entrepreneurship.
  • Increasing the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship.
  • Create a support, information and networking tool in social enterprises.
  • Strengthen linguistic, digital and intercultural skills.
  • Promote strategic cooperation between the partners and the main stakeholders.

Participants characteristics:

  • Young entrepreneurs who have created or are planning to create a social enterprise.
  • Young creative and potential social entrepreneurs. They are young people interested in different fields of economy, with a high level of education (they have finished high school).
  • Motivation.
  • Appropriate and functional language skills for effective participation in the project.
  • Young people with fewer opportunities.

RE.D.E.S. was carried out thanks to the joint work of seven partner countries, Italy, Greece, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Portugal and Spain; and the involvement of 35 young entrepreneurs, called to carry out a training programme on social entrepreneurship, to be implemented in the participating countries.
