ABOUT 

THE HEART OF EUROPE: BRUSSELS is a project carried out within the National Operational Plan – European Citizenship.

In 2019 the Capialbi Institute of Vibo Valentia participated in the initiative, allowing 20 students to take part in a three-week mobility in Brussels, at BXL Europe.

Students were introduced to the reality of the European system, visiting the main institutions and participating in the Role Play at the Parlamentarium, the role-playing game for schools where they could learn about the functioning of the European Parliament.

The initiative also addressed a number of issues, including: programming cycles, direct and indirect management funds, Brexit, Circular Economy, and European policies for young people.
